Update to MA8000 GNSS Receiver - Version 1.30

Screening Eagle Technologies have released an update to Firmware version 1.30 for users of the MA8000 GNSS receiver, the MA8000 is included with the standard package for GS8000, GS8000 Pro and GS9000 users.

Due to changes in the SSR server, the GS app is informing about a new module firmware for the MA8000 (1.30).

While using PQUpgrade to update the firmware, the following message may appear, where the second FW version (application) currently installed is newer than the one in the server.

This apparent inconsistency might appear with brand new MA8000s, as there are two different types of firmware in the package.

Please choose Update and proceed normally, you may ignore the inconsistency in the message.
