The UTG-0130 10 litre capacity Laboratory Mixer is designed for mixing of soil and asphalt samples to be used for mechanical tests such as compaction, indirect tensile, Marshall etc.
The whisk turns at speed positions from 20 to 480 r.p.m and the mixing head from 10 to 240 r.p.m. The rotation speed can be easily adjusted between given values, by turning the control knob on the machine.
The mixer is equipped complete with 10L capacity stainless steel bowl and whisk.
A bituminous mixture must be prepared at the prescribed temperature according to the EN standard. For this reason, the mixer can be equipped with a thermostatically controlled heater.
A Heating Mantle can be easily attached to the UTG-0131 Mixing Bowl. The mantle is supplied complete with a digital thermostatic controller and PT100 temperature sensor.
The Heating Mantle must be ordered separately to the Laboratory Mixer.
