Ovens are provide with a P.I.D. Temperature controller, high accuracy PT 100 temperature sensors, a hydraulic safety thermostat and a solid state electrical relay. Operating temperature is between 50 ºC to 250 ºC assuming a 25 ºC ambient environment.
Door handles will latch when swung closed. Ovens are supplied with a 430 stainless steel body and 304 stainless interior, powder-coat mild steel door and control panel.
