UTAS-0130 uses the ring and ball method to determine the softening point of bituminous materials.
A Ring and Ball assembly is used for determining the softening point of bituminous materials by ring and ball method with a suitable hot plate with magnetic stirrer.
If required a pouring plate and suitable thermometers should be ordered separately.
